This article will lead you through the Department feature in Gutsy, where you can View, Create, Edit, and Delete them under one page.
How to Create Departments
Open Settings from the navigation bar
2. Under Company Management, click Departments
3. Click +New to add Department
4. Enter the Department Name. If this department will be shared across multiple companies under the same account, please specify the relevant company name(s) under the Assign Company(s) section.
5. Lastly, click Submit
How to View, Edit, and Delete Departments
To View the employees included under the Department, click (...) employees under Assigned to
2. To Edit it, click the pencil icon to change the Department Name and Assigned Company
3. To Delete it, click the bin icon
Note:
If the department is assigned to multiple companies, any changes to the department name will be reflected across all associated companies.
Departments with active employees cannot be deleted. Please reassign or remove all active employees from the department before attempting deletion.
