Easily create and use tags to organize employees

The employee tag system in Gutsy is designed to assist HR managers by organising and categorising specific groups of employees. These tags can be applied whenever the company needs specialised personnel for particular tasks.

What and where is this feature used for?

This function allows the admin to label the employee for specific groups.

A. How to Create Tags

  1. Go to the side navigation menu > click Settings

  2. Click Tags under Company Management

  3. Click the +New button

  4. Fill in the Tag name and Assign Company

  5. Click Submit


B. How to View, Edit, and Delete Tags

  1. Head to Settings from the navigation bar

  2. Click Tags under Company Management

  3. To see the employees included under the Tags, click (...) employees under Assigned to

  4. To Edit it, click the edit button to change the Tags Name and Assigned Company

  5. To Delete it, click the delete button beside the edit button

  6. You can also view who created the Tags and when they were created.


C. How to View, Edit, and Delete Tags in the Employee’s Profile

1. Go to the side navigation menu > Employees > Click the three dots > Click either View or Edit on a specific employee profile

2. To View: Under the Employment Details tab, you can see the employee tag.

3. To Edit: If you like to add or change the tag, click Edit > Change the tag under Employment Details tab
