With Gutsy’s support for multiple administrators and varying levels of employee access, audit logs play a crucial role in promoting accountability. The system meticulously tracks actions performed by administrators, offering complete visibility into changes made across the platform.

By integrating detailed audit logging into its HRMS framework, Gutsy empowers businesses to proactively manage risk, streamline audits, and uphold best practices in human resource management.

💡Scenario:

Admin A wants to verify who created the payroll for Employee A. In this case, he can use the Audit Logs to identify which admin generated the payroll.


Accessing Audit Logs

To view audit logs, head to Settings > Audit Logs.

You’ll be taken to a page displaying a chronological list of all actions performed by administrators within the company.

  • To locate specific records, use the magnifying glass icon to search by keywords related to the entity or activity you’re looking for.

  • For a detailed view of individual audit entries, click the eye icon to access the full audit trail information.
