This guide will walk you through how to view and download your payslips as an employee using the Gutsy mobile app or web portal.
Viewing Payslip from the Mobile App
Log in to the Gutsy mobile app.
You can access Payslip in either of the following ways:
Tap Payslip from the bottom navigation bar, or;
Tap the hamburger menu in the top-left corner, or swipe right from the left side of the screen, then select Payslip.
You will see all payslips that have been published by your Admin.
Tap the payslip you wish to view to see the pay breakdown.
To download the payslip, tap the Download icon in the top-right corner.
The payslip will be generated and saved to your phone's files.
Viewing Payslip from the Web Portal
Log in to the Gutsy web portal.
From the left-side navigation menu, click My Payslip.
You will see all payslips that have been published by your Admin.
Click the three-dot icon next to the payslip you wish to access and select the relevant option to view or save the payslip.
When viewing the payslip, you can see the pay breakdown.
To download a copy, click Download PDF Payslip.
Note: If you are unable to view your payslip, please contact your Admin for further assistance. Your Admin can check whether the payslip has been generated and published and is available for you to access.
