Are you an Admin or an Employee looking to log in to your Gutsy account? We’ve got you covered!
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to log in to your Gutsy account using both the Web Portal and the Mobile App, so you’ll know exactly what to fill in and where.
This guide will cover:
A. Login via Web Portal
B. Login via Mobile App
A. Login via Web Portal
Follow the steps below to log in through the web:
Go to the Gutsy login page:
👉 https://app.gutsyhq.com/users/loginYou will be directed to the Company Login page. Fill in the following details:
a. Email / Username: You may enter your registered email address (if your email is linked to the account), or your username (this can be set by your Admin or by yourself during self-onboarding)
b. Password: Enter the password that you or your Admin has set for your account.Click Login.
Successful! You will be directed to the Dashboard page.
If you have Admin access, you can switch to Admin mode by navigating to the side menu and clicking Admin.
Navigation View:
If you have Admin access: you will see the ‘Switch portal’ option in the side navigation.
If you have Employee-only access: the left-side navigation will display employee features only with no switch portal option.
B. Login via Mobile App
To log in using the Gutsy Mobile App, follow these steps:
Open the Gutsy Mobile App.
If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, please refer to our guide on how to download the Gutsy Mobile Application.
You will be directed to the Login page. Fill in the following:
i. Email / Username
You may enter: Your registered email address, or your username (set by your Admin or during self-onboarding)
ii. Password
Enter the password that you or your Admin has set.
iii. Tap Login.
Successful! You will be directed to the Dashboard page.
If you have Admin access, you can switch to Admin mode from the side navigation by selecting Admin.
Navigation View:
If you have Admin access: the side navigation will include Admin features that you can switch.
Important Note (2FA Disclaimer)
This guide covers the standard login process without Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled.
If 2FA is enabled for employee login:
You will be required to enter a One-Time Passcode (OTP) generated from your authenticator app after entering your email/username and password.
