Step 2: Fill in Your Company Details
After confirming your email during registration, you’ll be automatically directed to the Company Details page.
In this guide, we’ll also show you how to navigate to the Company Details section.
Where to find it: Settings > Company Management > Company Details
Ensure that you complete all required company information. Providing accurate and complete company details is important, not only for compliance but also for maintaining clear and consistent records, regardless of your business location. This information helps streamline internal processes, supports transparency, and may be required for future audits or reporting.

Don’t forget to fill in the Time Zone section under Company Information.
Setting the correct time zone is vital for several operational reasons. It ensures that all time-based features, such as employee Attendance and shift scheduling, are accurately aligned with your company's local time. Additionally, this helps the system identify and associate your company with the correct regional settings, which is particularly important for businesses operating across different time zones. Even if your team works remotely or across multiple regions, specifying a default time zone provides a consistent reference point for all company-wide activities and records.
Make sure to enter your CPF Submission Number (CSN) if you plan to use the SG Payroll module. This is required for generating CPF files. (Important for SG-Payroll-module user)
Select this option if your company is GST-registered in Singapore. (For SG Users)
Step 3: Onboard Your Employees
Where to find it: Settings > Employees
Setting up your Employee records properly ensures everything else in Gutsy connects seamlessly, from attendance tracking to payroll processing.
Here’s why it’s important:
Outlet assignment
Assign employees to their designated Outlet — a required step for using the Attendance module.👉 If you're using Attendance, follow this setup guide next.
Pay Scheme configuration
Link employees to their specific Pay Scheme — required for those using the SG Payroll module.Employee access setup
Choose how to invite employees to Gutsy (e.g., email invite, manual account setup), and define which onboarding tasks they need to complete
Step 4: Admin Permission
Where to find it: Settings > Admin Permission > Permission Management
Need to share admin responsibilities? No problem.
Why it matters: You can assign admin access to other team members who will help manage HR tasks.
Important: Before assigning admin roles, ensure the person is first onboarded as an Employee.
🎉 You’re All Set!
Once you’ve completed these steps, your Gutsy account will be ready to go!
