Gutsy Account Creation (Non-Singapore)

This guide will walk you through how to create your Gutsy account for non-Singapore Users

Welcome to Gutsy — we’re thrilled to have you on board! Whether you're just exploring or ready to dive into your workspace setup, this guide is here to help you get started smoothly.

This guide is designed specifically for users registering with a country outside of Singapore. While some settings and features may differ slightly based on region, we’ve made sure this guide covers everything you need to know to create your account with ease.

From selecting your country and entering your company details to verifying your email and agreeing to the terms, we’ll walk you through the entire process. No guesswork needed — just follow along and you’ll be all set in just a few minutes.

Let’s get started!


Step 1: Begin Your Registration

  • To start, head over to the Gutsy login page here

  • Click the Create an account button, or click the account registration page here.

  • Once you are on the page, you will be directed to this page and fill in the following information

  1. Select Your Country
    Choose the country for your Gutsy account carefully — this cannot be changed later.

  2. Select Your State

    Choose the state or region within your selected country.

  3. Enter Your Company Name
    Fill in the official name of your company.

  4. Choose Your Industry
    Select the appropriate industry from the dropdown menu.

  5. Enter Your Email Address
    This email will be used for logging in and verifying your account.

  6. Enter Your Phone Number
    Provide a valid phone number for account-related communication.

  7. Review Terms & Privacy
    Read through the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then check the box to agree.

  8. Complete the CAPTCHA
    Tick the “I’m not a robot” checkbox to verify you're a real user.

  9. Click “Get Started”
    Once all fields are complete, click the Get Started button to create your account.

You will then receive a confirmation prompt as below to confirm your email address


Step 2: Confirm Your Account

After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Open the email and click Start Now to proceed.

You’ll be taken to a page where you’ll need to:

  1. Fill in your Name

  2. Set your Username

  3. Create a Password

  4. Re-enter the password to confirm

Once completed, click Launch GUTSY and your account will be confirmed.


Step 3: Quick Setup Walkthrough

Welcome aboard! Once you've submitted your company information, a quick setup popup will appear. This guided setup helps you prepare everything you need before using the system, so you're not left guessing what to configure first.

This quick setup will walk you through two key steps:

a. Create Outlets

Begin by entering the details for your outlet (e.g., name, location, etc.). This helps define where your team will be working from.

Once you've completed the form, click Next to continue.

b. Create Employee Profiles

Next, you'll be prompted to add employee profiles. Fill in the required information for each employee. You may check the Send Invitation Email box to invite your employees to Gutsy.

When you're done, click Next to move forward.

Great job!

You've successfully completed the initial setup by creating your outlets and employee profiles.

You're now one step closer to fully setting up your company in Gutsy! Click Explore Now to proceed.

You can now return to your Dashboard page, where you can complete your company setup.

From there, you’ll be able to explore both basic (1) and advanced features (2), onboard additional employees (3), assign admin permissions (4), upload your company logo (5), and create more outlets (6).

Think of it as a setup checklist — each step is clearly laid out, with helpful guides to walk you through the process as you go.

To proceed:

  • Click Complete now if you haven't started any of the setup steps.

  • Click View all if you've already completed at least one step.

Both options will take you to a guided setup flow. If you're unsure about any step, click the Article button to access related guides in our Help Centre.
