Getting Started with Gutsy – Account Setup Guide (For Singapore Users)

Welcome to Gutsy — we’re so glad you’re here! Whether you’re a business owner, team lead, or admin getting things off the ground, we’re here to make your setup experience as smooth as possible.

This guide is designed specifically for users based in Singapore and will walk you through each step of creating your Gutsy account. From selecting the right details to verifying your information, we’ll guide you through everything you need to get up and running in no time.

We understand that getting started with a new platform can feel overwhelming, but don’t worry — we’ve kept things simple and straightforward. Just follow along, and by the end of this guide, you’ll be fully set up and ready to explore what Gutsy has to offer.

Let’s get started!


Step 1: Begin Your Registration

  • To start, head over to the Gutsy login page here

  • Click the Create an account button, or click the account registration page here.

  • Once you are on the page, you will be directed to this page and fill in the following information

  1. Select Your Country
    Choose the country for your Gutsy account carefully — this cannot be changed later.

  2. Enter Your Company Name
    Fill in the official name of your company.

  3. Choose Your Industry
    Select the appropriate industry from the dropdown menu.

  4. Enter Your Email Address
    This email will be used for logging in and verifying your account.

  5. Enter Your Phone Number
    Provide a valid phone number for account-related communication.

  6. Review Terms & Privacy
    Read through the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then check the box to agree.

  7. Complete the CAPTCHA
    Tick the “I’m not a robot” checkbox to verify you're a real user.

  8. Click “Get Started”
    Once all fields are complete, click the Get Started button to create your account.

You will then receive a confirmation prompt as below to confirm your email address


Step 2: Confirm Your Account

After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Open the email and click Start Now to proceed.

You’ll be taken to a page where you’ll need to:

  1. Fill in your Name

  2. Set your Username

  3. Create a Password

  4. Re-enter the password to confirm

Once completed, click Launch GUTSY and your account will be confirmed.


Step 3: Enter Your Company Information

Welcome aboard! You’ll now be directed to the Company Information page.

Please fill in all required fields carefully. These details are important for setting up your company profile within Gutsy.

Once done, click Submit.


Step 4: Finalise Your Company Setup

After submitting your company info, you'll land on the Dashboard. Here, you’ll see a section titled Finish setting up your company; this is your setup checklist to complete the onboarding process.

To proceed:

  • Click Complete now if you haven't started any of the setup steps.

  • Click View all if you've already completed at least one step.

Both options will take you to a guided setup flow. If you're unsure about any step, click the Article button to access related guides in our Help Centre.

Congratulations! You have successfully created your Gutsy account (Singapore) and completed your company setup!
