Configuring Agent Setup in the Partner Portal

This guide will walk you through the process of setting up an Agent in the Partner Portal.

Creating a New Agent on the Partner Portal

  • Log in to your Partner account.

  • Head to the Agent Management tab.

  • Click on +Agent.

  • Enter the new agent's details, including a password.

  • Click Create.

  • The new agent has been successfully created.

Viewing an Agent on the Partner Portal

  • Log in to your Partner account.

  • Go to the Agent Management tab.

  • Click the eye icon next to the agent's name to view their details.

  • The agent's account information will be displayed.

  • To manage access, head to the Permissions tab to set the agent's permissions.

Setting Permissions and Company Group Permissions for an Agent

  • Log in to your Partner account.

  • Go to the Agent Management tab.

  • Click the pencil icon to edit Partner Portal permissions.

  • To grant full access, enable All partner permissions (this will automatically assign the Super Administrator role).

  • Adjust the permissions as needed, then click Save Changes.

  • To assign a company group, click +Assign.

  • Select the desired Company Group.

  • Additional customizable permissions will appear—adjust them as necessary.

Deleting an Agent on the Partner Portal

  • Log in to your Partner account.

  • Head to the Agent Management tab.

  • To remove an agent directly, click the bin icon next to their name.

  • Alternatively, click the eye icon to view the agent's details.

  • Then click the three dots menu, and select the bin icon to delete the agent.
