Submitting Leave as an Admin

Learn how to submit leave on behalf of employees from the Admin Portal.

This article will guide you on how to submit leave on behalf of an employee from the Admin Portal. As an Admin, you have the authority to do this if an employee is unable to submit their own request.


Before You Begin

📝 Note: Ensure you have the required Permission Access to submit leave on behalf of employees.

Step 1: Open the Leave Application Form

  1. Go to the side navigation menu, click Leave and select New Leave Application.


Step 2: Enter Leave Details

  1. Choose the employee’s name from the dropdown list.

  2. Select the Leave Type (e.g. Annual Leave, Sick Leave).

  3. Set the Leave Period (start and end dates).

    • To add another period, click the ➕ icon and select the additional date range.

  4. Choose whether the leave is for AM, PM, or Full Day.(This field appears only for one-day leave applications.)

  5. Add a remark if necessary (e.g. reason for leave, supporting note).


Step 3: Submit the Leave

  1. Once all details are filled in, click Apply Leave.

  2. The leave submission will now appear on the All Leaves page, ready for approval or denial.
