The Claim Report feature allows you to download a comprehensive report of employee claim submissions, including their supporting receipt attachments. This is useful for audits, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate claim records.
Generate a Claim Report
Follow the steps below to generate and download a claim report:
Generate a Report with Filters
If you would like to generate a report based on specific criteria:
Click Show Filter.
Select + Add Filter.
Choose the required filter(s) based on your reporting needs.
Once the filters have been applied, click Download Report.
Generate a Report for All Claims
To download a report containing all claim submissions, simply click Download Report without applying any filters.
Download the Generated Report
After the report has been generated:
Click the Notification (bell) icon.
Select the generated report from the notification list.
The report will be downloaded and saved to your device.
Report Contents
The downloaded report is provided as a compressed folder containing the following:
Claim Report (.xlsx): An Excel file containing the details of the claim submissions.
Receipt Attachments: A folder containing all receipt files uploaded for the selected claim submissions.
❗ Note: The receipt attachment folder will only include receipts associated with the claims included in the generated report.
You're all set! Use the Claim Report feature to quickly export claim data and supporting documents, making audits and record management more efficient.
