Re-onboarding is useful when you want to rehire an employee who has previously resigned. With Gutsy, all employee records are securely stored, allowing you to re-onboard staff quickly without re-entering all their details from scratch.
💡Scenario: An employee named Steven resigned three months ago but has now been rehired. Instead of creating a new profile, the Admin uses the Re-onboard Employee option. Gutsy automatically pre-fills Steven’s previous data, the Admin only updates the New Hire Date, adjusts his department, and sends him a new invite. This saves time and ensures consistency in employee records.
